The Vehicle Registration screen is used to manage all vehicle registration data.

for Expiring Vehicle Registrations
Configure notifications in the General tab under the Fleet module settings.
The system uses the End Date column from the Vehicle Registration records to trigger expiration alerts.

for Expiring Parts
If the Out of Service Date field is filled in the Part information, the system will use this date to send an automated expiration email.
Configure these alerts in the General tab under the Fleet module settings.
4. Tracking
Driver Traffic Fines
Within the Event section, we have added an Amount column. This allows you to record any monetary fines or costs associated with specific vehicle events.
